Little Jörö: Uncle Is Off to Asia

A free picture book about missing someone and dreaming

Uncle is off to Asia soon, and Jörö feels wistful. Lying on his back with his paws to the sky, he starts to dream: a bridge of love takes him onto a riverboat in India, to the market stalls of Vietnam with a pack of pugs and to the top of a volcano in Japan. Then, in Dad’s arms, he remembers: Uncle will surely be home for Christmas.

Feelings in the book

A peek inside

I, Little Jörö, feel wistful, and I miss him already.
First I have an adventure with Uncle in India. Karhu, Ledi, Nalle and Valo come along too. We sail on a riverboat through the rice fields.
The climb is hard, and sometimes Uncle carries me in his arms.
